living in this 55 year old house for 11 years, my family and I

everyone may be aware, the market has been rather slow since
last late summer. When we appointed John as our realtor
under such unfavorable circumstances, he, with his affluent
knowledge and experience in the real estate field, was
capable of analyzing situation in the house sale market. He
was frank and sincere. His evaluated price for our townhouse
had proved to be reasonable and acceptable to prospective
buyers. In addition, he was able to give sound suggestion to
assist improving the overall outlook and condition of our
townhouse with a view to highlighting its best possible
potential. John was a very hardworking, reliable and
responsible realtor. He did open house every alternate
Saturday afternoon. He had put up eye-catching advertisement
on every popular local real estate journal, making our
townhouse widely known in the market. Besides, he had
successfully arranged over 40 appointment showings of the
townhouse just within two and a half month. After each
showing or open house, John would promptly give us a verbal
report on the situation. He would never keep his client in

I would like to say just a few words about Mr. John
Lam in regards to selling my condo.
I was in a situation that I choose not to live here because of many reasons,
but mainly because of a special levy and an impossible & ridiculous engineer
report in which I did not agree with, so I choose to sell.
So I called which I thought was the best husband
& wife team in Burnaby which names I will not
mention. They had my condo listed for about 10
months or more and had nothing but only low ball
offers and people who did not even qualified. Then
another man from different office, he lasted only
about two months.
Then I interviewed many others real estate people,
but I choose Mr. John Lam out of them all, because
he was the most honest.
John not only sold my place in record time but also
for the full asking price.
I found John Lam to be very professional and most
pleasant to deal with, and what I liked most about
John was that he answered all his calls and returned
messages quickly where others (real estate) people
never did.
I would deal with John Lam in regards to selling or
buying real estate in the future. Not only do I like
